Morning Coffee: North American Open and Alumni Cup

The Kansas City Croquet Club held its annual member's Alumni Cup nine-wicket test this past weekend in extremely brisk weather and under gray skies. The event is inspired by the St. John's-Navy series and pits the top KU alumni members against the top KSU alumni members in a 10-game test. KU had a comeback 6-4 win after falling behind 3-1 in the opening round. More details and photos available here--

The 2011 USCA Seniors and Master Championships will be held November 14-18, 2011 at the National  Croquet Center in West Palm Beach.  The event includes both singles and doubles play for multiple flights. The Seniors event is for players 60 and older. The Masters event is 70 years and older.
