RANCHO MIRAGE, CA -- The Mission Hills Croquet Club, part of the Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, California has been selected as the USCA’s 2010 "Club of the Year."
The USCA annually selects a club to identify and recognize those individuals whose leadership, spirit, drive, and dedication to the advancement of the sport of croquet in America, could serve as a model which others might emulate. Mission Hills Croquet has received previous "Club of the Year" awards in 2005 and 2007. These awards are presented annually during the Club Team events in West Palm Beach, Florida.
A BIG YEAR
In addition, MHCC members also cleaned up at the USCA Awards Banquet as Eric Sawyer won "Volunteer of the Year," Mike Orgill won "District President of the Year" and Ben Rothman won "Player of the Year." (More photos)
