The Hong Kong Croquet Association (HKCA) has been officially recognized by the World Croquet Federation (WCF) as a Recognized Croquet Organization (RCO). The announcement was made by the WCF's Management Committee, who noted that the HKCA met all of the necessary requirements for membership.

The 2023 Steuber Classic, a USCA Sanctioned Event, will take place from Tuesday, February 14th to Sunday, February 19th. Sponsored by the Charles P. Steuber Family, this event offers carved animal trophies in semi-precious stone for first, second, and third-place winners in all flights. The Championship Flight will also have $3,000 in cash prizes.

The main host venue will be the Hurlingham Club, which will be the venue for the finals, but significant parts of the championship may also be held at Dulwich Croquet Club, Ealing Croquet Club, Roehampton Club, Surbiton Croquet Club and Woking Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.
